The Duke Energy Academy at Purdue is accepting admission from high school juniors and seniors and secondary teachers for the 2018 program in June at the Purdue University campus.
Each year, 50 students and 34 teachers are selected to participate in the immersive, weeklong academy, which focuses on the energy sciences and engineering. Participation is free of charge, and a $400 stipend is awarded to teachers who complete the program.
This year’s event will be June 18-24. The deadline to register is Jan. 16. Registration and more information are available here.
