Indiana DOE Prioritizes STEM, CTE and College & Career Readiness for 2018

The Indiana Department of Education has outlined its strategic policy priorities ahead of the 2018 legislative session. Superintendent of Public Instruction Jennifer McCormick says the goal of the proposed policies is to “create a rich, innovative and immersive education environment” for students.

STEM, especially for K-5, is a key part of the plans.
