Drive of Your Life is a free, fun, video game-style Web site that helps middle-school and high school students learn more about themselves, higher education and careers. On the site, students answer a series of questions about themselves to learn what careers could interest them and then go on a virtual drive to learn more about each of those careers all in their own customized car. If students learn now what it will take to achieve their desired career, they can plan high school courses accordingly and put themselves on the road to success. A printable "license" summarizes their trip through the Web site.

Rose-Hulman's PRISM is a free website that provides collections of online resources for Indiana educators in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The primary collection of digital teaching materials is indexed according to the Indiana Academic Standards for grades 6, 7, and 8. PRISM also offers access to the course management features provided by Moodle.
Project wild is a wildlife focused conservation education program for K-12 educators and their students. In Indiana, the Department of Natural Resources' Division of Fish and Wildlife sponsors Project WILD. Trained volunteer facilitators conduct local workshops for anyone interested in using the materials for youth education. After attending a six-hour workshop, participants will receive a copy of the curriculum guides at no charge. College credit is also available for attending a workshop

To help parents along the path to college planning, the Indiana Youth Institute developed a Web site for parents of students in grades K-12, called Trip To College. This Web-based program is an Indiana-specific, step-by-step resource to assist with the college planning and funding process. On the Trip To College Web site, parents can find a college planning timeline; facts, figures and information about preparing and paying for their child’s college education; a customized search engine for Indiana colleges; and more. A hands on, inquiry-centered approach engages students and the ETHOS Matrix of recommended kits is aligned with the state and ISTEP science standards. Located in Fort Wayne the Ft. Wayne Children's Zoo was rated on of the Top Ten Zoos in the country by Child magazine. The zoo draws 500,000 visitors every year and offers rides, such as the Sky Safari that allows riders to traverse the south end of the African Journey exhibit, as well as the many animals.
The Indiana Council of Teachers of Mathematics (ICTM) is a statewide organization concerned with and working for the interests of mathematics educators and mathematics education. The membership including the ICTM Board of Directors, includes teachers from all levels and from all parts of the state. The activities of the council are many and varied, as are the benefits to be derived from membership and participation.
Merging the power of a child's imagination with the excitement of discovery, students become engineers and scientists as they "Rendezvous with a Comet" (suggested for grades 5-10) or "Voyage to Mars" (suggested for grades 7-10). Students work as teams in mission control and aboard a spacecraft as they test their decision-making skills and solve problems during this innovative, inquiry based, space-themed science and math simulation. Pre and post-flight activities allow teachers to prepare students for their flight as well as use the experience to delve further into science and technology careers.

Learn More Indiana is a state-led communications and community outreach initiative working to help Hoosiers succeed in school, complete college and connect to careers. In print, in person, on the phone and on the web, Learn More provides students and families with information on how to succeed in school, explore careers, plan and pay for college, and more.
In 1993, a professional feasibility was done in order to address the response of the community toward the Museum. The response was positive, and a goal of $3,000,000 was set. The campaign began in late fall of 1994. Thanks to support from businesses, government and individual support from the community, the goal was met in 1996.
The new Children's Museum leased 24,000 square feet from the local Horizon Convention Center and has since tripled its size. The new Museum opened to the community in June of 1996 and has successfully brought educational, but fun entertainment to the children of our community ever since.
Project Wet reaches out to teachers and learners using water education. They provide workshops around the state along with activities to engage students with hands-on interdisciplinary lessons that teach important water concepts.
